Navigation was alrightt not large error overshot a couple of times. but running felt aweful felt like i was getting worse with every step.

biked over to porter brook with Kris before run.

went for a run with Kris up to top of porters brook then on road for a little while and up a foot path and then so that we got something out of it went straight to stanage pole through some deep heather and marshes. then on the way back ran through the woods to redmires then we went a little bit off course on the way back and so spent more time in heather and marsh and fro the stile back to the bikes we picked up the pace was pretty fun run down hill through porters brook.

Went for a run with a guy from my course so wasnt running to fast but found a pretty nice route that i will probably do again.

ran down to park then jog and drills in the park with everyone else.

Running intervals 25:00 [4] 6.0 km (4:10 / km)

intervals with shuoc in endcliffe park.
doing one big loop followed by the short then a medium in groups of three so rest until everyone finishes was feeling quite good.

Stretching/Rolling/Yoga warm up/down 8:00 [1]

short jog and some streches with shuoc after the session

jog back to endcliffe.

was so tired but was happy i managed to do the session considering how heavy sunday n ight had been.
