Running 2:30:00 [2]

Long, steady run at Short (but steep) Hills. Was going to go off trail and do some orienteering but was brain dead so just kept slogging on the trails. Lots of aches and pains in knees and shins by the end but nothing serious.

Still keeping off the running although knee is not hurting as much. Got the blades out at Bronte, paved trail and roads, kept a fast pace and had fun.

muscle under right knee very sensitive, sharp pains. Decided to get the old bike out, biked to Vineland and back, good pace.

Hung ribbons for GHO Canada GHO workout, picked some up at the end, warmed up with the Hammerboyz, etc. Different speeds from slow to fast, averaged to a 2.

Problem with IT band much better, but a whole new problem today, muscle on right side under the knee very painful - pulled it?

Ran in Stoney Creek along the Escarpment, half in woods and half on the Bruce Trail. Legs still very heavy but recovering, IT band problem still there but not as acute as yesterday, so hopefully will go away with care.

Running 30:00 [1]

Started out with the intention of going for 50 or 60 minutes up the hill and back in Beamsville, cut it short with pain in right knee - not sure if it's the IT Band or a bruise, pretty battered up all round from the Long O yesterday. Home to stretch and ice, try it out tomorrow.
