Didn't think about it before I ran to be honest just went out to do my best for my team. Things seemed to make sense and flow.

Not really focussed on anything not wanting to worry but finding it hard to work out what to think about.

First half of the course a mess then picked up halfway round and enjoyed until I tired near the end.
Pattern with yesterday where the first part of the course was also not great... hmm confidence/preparation/stress/worrying/not focussed at the start maybe...
