Neighborhood jog and longest run since January 16th. That one hurt a lot. This one felt pretty good!
I did PT exercises before but did not do loops with exercises in between, though I did pause a few times for some groin relief.
Things are looking up!
One of the things I've been doing the past few weeks is spending a fair amount of the work day standing instead of sitting. I think it's making a real difference in not squeezing stuff. I've completely adapted to not crossing my legs when I sit but I don't think I am able to do a great job keeping my knees below my waist. What I have not yet done, however, is purchase a desk that goes up and down, so what I do now is rather hacky and probably not the greatest for ergonomics overall.
