Event: Canadian Orienteering Championships
 

orienteering race 18:33 [4] 2.1 km (8:50 / km) +80m 7:25 / km

COC Sprint at Hog's Back in Manitoba. Tried to run hard, but had to slow down and made a mistake at the End. Caught up to Pam but lost her when making my mistake. Ended up 4th......got dizzy from the heat.
