Really felt crap this morning and considered not going out at all but felt I needed to. A short drive for a run in the woods felt a good option and I did start to feel much better by the end.

RHR this morning was in the mid 50s which is very high for me (normally ~40) so something definitely not right.

Really got been feeling good and its basically been since Holee Moss. I think I needed to do less for a couple of days after it, stick to low FODMAP foods better and get better sleep. Amy is off for the summer at the minute and bedtime has lapsed somewhat; need to be more disciplined on being in bed by 10:30; though I'm not sleeping that well either.
