Would have loved to have joined the others at Burbage today as the weather was glorious. Had to be sensible though at get rid of this cold.

A planned rest day but wouldn't have trained anyway. Although feeling much better than yesterday still not great. Jumped on the scales, lost quite abit of weight probably due to lack of food. Not felt like eating with this cold. Now below 11 stone.

Jog to the start of the hare and hounds and then jog/walk back from the sprint.

Feeling pretty crapping today so took it abit steady and just collected in the controls after the others.

Hung the sprint in Swithland Woods and then collected it in straight after. Feeling feeling bad by this stage, aching, head pounding and a total lack of energy.

Shadowing JT around a long course I had planned at Sherwood Pines. Lots of route choice and opportunity to practice rough compass, control flow, planning ahead and attack points. Some tricky controls in there too. Felt pretty good if a little phlegmy especially towards the end. The long runs I have been doing are obviously paying off. Felt a lot left in the tank at the end.

Not feeling as bad today. Thought I might do a bit of core strength training but ran out of time putting the laminate edging down in the kitchen and conservatory. Should be ok to resume some kind of training at SP tomorrow.
