Score at Brierley Forest. Mainly fairly easy though vegetation caused an issue. One slight mistake of ~30s.

Note

A tiring week at work down in London and really didn't feel in the mood for training this morning so decided to have a relaxing(ish) day. Some time now to enjoy my running and orienteering now before the hard work begins again in October.

Down on site in West London.

Ran back to the hotel from site through Southall as a WU/WD with a stop off at Southall Park for some intervals. Didn't feel safe at all and expected gun shots at any point - not the nicest of places. Got funny looks from the locals; no body runs there.
