Woke up feeling a bit crappy and a bit of a sore throat though had it in my head the 10k was today. Got ready for it before later realising its tomorrow. Hopefully it will give time to feel better. Though this evening I feel as though I'm getting a bit worse. RHR about normal so hopefully not too bad.

Official - We had a white xmas at home. It was snowing in the early hours (according to my sister returning from the pub) and was snowing when I went outside about 7pm in the evening.

Feeling better today, had to have another couple of days of feeling under the weather.

Slept very badly last night and as a result feeling very tired today. Bought running stuff in to work for a run home but have that weak coldy feeling inside me so given the weather will give it a miss. Determined not to get ill this year after taking 6 weeks to recover from the flu after getting ill this time last year. Will take training day by day and at least this is a planned easy week.

Had a busy weekend and although I planned to get in some training I just didn't have the time. Having felt a little under the weather and an easy week now coming up I don't think it will have done any harm.
