Having felt better over the last few days I was itching to get out for a run. I didn't expect much but with nice weather I just wanted to enjoy running. Just went out for a short loop with options to cut short, which I did at the start and the finish. Legs had nothing; nearly turned back after 3mins where I stopped and considered whether to carry on or not, in the end I decided to carry on and glad I did. It never got easier but mentally it was good to get out.

Have been getting better day on day. Didn't get exhausted for the first time yesterday and today I decided to go in to work rather than working from home. Feeling much more with it too. Appointed with Infectious Diseases Specialist a week Monday.

After waiting all weekend they decided I didn't need the extra tests that they had lined me up for, this after getting a cannula in me at the 3rd time of asking ready for the CT. The doctors have now spoken to the Infectious Diseases Specialist in Nottingham and decided it probably is an infectious disease. As they don't have the expertise at Kingsmill to deal with me I have been discharged and will be treated as an out patient at Nottingham City Hospital. So still no answers but at least I get to go home.
