Brown course @ Beacon Hill
Mr Llewellyn tempted me in to going along to this and thought a bit of steady orienteering may help over running. Took it steady and was feeling ok but after 20mins and on a long uphill track run fatigue really kicked in. Decided at that point to skip across from 13 to 21 to complete the last 3rd downhill part of the course which was more enjoyable. (3 becoming 1)

Had a really good stretch before hand as lots of aching in my hamstrings, quads, hips and back. This helped me run reasonably at the start but after a few strides I really started to struggle again. It seams I have been hit by fatigue again. Guess I know it was likely to happen at some point and I have had a good few weeks training. :(
