To Mum's from Newstead station. Felt diabolical and had very painful stomach pains, not sure why? Wanted to stop and walk due to the pain but then just wanted the run to be over. Really not good.

Travelling home - noticed this is the first cold I have had since Xmas 2011. Pretty good going, though Lyme made up for it. This cold picked a bad time to rear its ugly though.
