Calf was feeling a little fatigued last night but much better this morning. Easy one on the elliptical X Training before work; HR in the 130s. Gym surprisingly busy (busier than last night) and mostly pensioners.

Physios again - can now start X training up to my next appointment next Wednesday. Some soleus strengthening exercises too.

Elliptical X Training; my new love hate relationship. HR was nicely up in the high 140s for the most part so a decent aerobic session. Planned 60 mins but could feel calf tightening about the 40 min mark so eased to a warm down and finished at 45 min.

Managed to get into the physios. Confirmed grade 1 tear so should't take too long to recover. Three day's total rest with icing and another appointment Thursday to see progress. Should then be able to start X training and strength training for my calf and recommence running again within 7-10 days. It could be worse.
