Pretty hungry but otherwise ok until a sharp pain in my right hamstring a couple 100m from the station. Didn't feeling anything go but was hobbling in discomfort thereafter. They hadn't felt tight prior, although had thigh DOMS.

HFW. Hamstring is much worse than thought. Harriers session wasn't an option so it was straight home from the station which started as a bit of a hobble and finished with a walk/hobble. Looks like a few days off and then back on the bike.
