Despite resting yesterday, knee was uncomfortable early (definitely ITBS again today) and noticeably getting worse after about 20mins so turned and headed home. Had to do some run/walking on the return leg.
Getting very frustrated with this now, have been doing the strength training for several weeks with little progress, despite feeling a lot stronger. Its now nearly seven weeks. A few days off running totally is not something I have done yet so will do that to see if it helps?
