So after getting home late last night from a party, not quite sure how, I can't really remember (I either stood on something or kicked something with the bottom of my foot), I managed to take off a chunk of skin on my R foot just below my smallest two toes. Wondered down stairs this morning to get a drink and followed a trail of blood with a couple of small pool in the kitchen / utility room. Its pretty sore and I'm hobbling a bit but thought I would give a little run ago but straight away I was running awkwardly so gave it up.

Jumped on the turbo instead. Which was not particularly pleasant as I hadn't put on cycling shorts. This was about as much as I could endure and HR was pathetic.

...and then on down the trails and up to the miner to turn the session into a long run. Paul was doing similar so was good to have some company for most of the run.
