Went for a little run after travelling back from Oxon visiting friends and felt singnificantly better than anticipated. Made the most of it and did a bit longer and faster than planned.

ITW - Hard work but I want to get back into some kind of routine to help me mentally. Feel like my head is in a better place to battle this spell of Post Lyme CFS which is probably the worst I have had in a couple of years.
