just before our first Yukon O Team practice. 10 of the 13 jrs were there with a few coaches and some adults thrown in for good measure. After I did the explanation, I took Stian for his first map walk while Pippa did the training.

With Rod on the Millenium Trail. He destroyed me. I think we did these a bit harder than z4 particularly at the beginning. Nice to have company on a hard workout.
