Running race 17:37 [5] 5.0 km (3:31 / km)
slept:10.0 weight:80kg shoes: Asics Gel Evolution 5

Followed in Smithson's wake for the first 3km, then had enough and decided that he was meandering far too slowly for my liking. So I left him for dust and did a new pb!

Orienteering race 1:10:11 [3] *** 10.0 km (7:01 / km) +300m 6:06 / km
spiked:24/24c slept:7.0 weight:80kg shoes: Jolas (Orienteering)

Score event out at Orton Bradley. Did the 90 minute, and went out to get all controls, but stupidly missed the easiest point - which would have taken me only 1minute to get! Stupid!! Had the fastest time by miles, but not all the points meaning that a slow Greig Hamilton beat me, as well as a man old enough to be my father (Robert Jarvis)

Also missed my last chance ever to get my name on the most improved junior man trophy. Maybe someone it trying to tell me something!

Damn it!

Running 1:45:00 [3] 16.0 km (6:34 / km) +750m 5:19 / km
slept:8.0 weight:80kg shoes: Mizuno's

Just a we run over to Lyttelton, and back. Was slightly damp today.
Found a rabbit out running along the track today, so as I was running I bent over and picked it up. I thought to myself "That's Handy - I have a Chicken at home which needs a friend".

I ran it back to the house and showed it to the neighbors 4 year old who called it "Princess Barbie Doll"

If Dr. Doolittle could run I would be him!

Orienteering race 1:12:00 [4] 12.0 km (6:00 / km) +200m 5:32 / km
slept:8.0 weight:80kg shoes: Asics Gel Evolution 5

Orienteering out at Lyttelton, designed a good loop to collect the controls, but I was just missing a start point! This meant that I may not have started off the best way, but it seemed to work and I got all the points just in time.

Did a Smithson and came home rather saturated, with a rather saturated clue sheet!
