airport loop in the early morning to stretch out before mtb

legs didnt have much in them but felt good to have another session before Rollos

Mountain Biking 1:30:00 [3]

rode with joel and was going sweet until i ripped my small chain ring off my bike

rode up crocodile, kennedys, along a section of flying nuns then was heading to the top of vic park when bike gave up

will reride flying nun from the top as that is one sweet track

perfect weather today so made the most of it by going for a run with jess

went up avoca valley, onto the rapaki track and down to the bottom carpark before heading up the farm track to top of mt vernon then down the rapaki and back to jess' place

on the way down rapaki i paced this guy on his mtb, then there was this kid riding with his dad who was maybe 7 it was mint

paddling the hypernova with carlsberg for some practice before Rollos, found the mud on the bottom of the estuary twice but was a good session out there

went for a morning ride as didnt have physics schol on, norwester picked up so that made the journey away from home slower and the return nice and fast

im loving it now that summer seems to have arrived

Canoe Polo 15:00 [3]

game against MGS B, won 13-1 and played the last quarter with only four which made it much tougher

Tuesday Aug 25, 2009 #

Kayaking 40:00 [3] 6.0 km (6:40 / km)

paddled after school from arawa to second bridge then back, first time on the river for a while so felt it around the core

this should be the start of more paddling now that the weather has heated up!!!
