Pretty cruisy run, plenty of walking and general fun.

Ran from home out and around Roto Kahutu Reserve. Felt a bit stiff after it being a week between runs. Good to get out and have a blow through.

Found the Free's to make my legs get quite tight, should really start running more consistantly and rotate the different shoes.
