Started off a bit shaky however, with the increase in laps gained more confidence.

First of the new training plan for the next 10 weeks.

Felt ok, hard to change tempo and get the HR up on some of the attacks.

Felt ok on the warmup, steadily ramped up the intensity and did a couple of 30s spins to loosen up.
