Riding out at Woodhill again. Felt pretty good for the first hour then had a rough patch before finishing reasonably well. Lower back got quite stiff today which made the last bit quite uncomfortable.

Good to log another longer session before T42 in three weeks!!!

Warm down 4.40. Average HR 148.

Good session and was able to push a bit harder on the last 5mins worth of efforts. Glad it's a rest day tomorrow.
