So one of the guys thought that doing the beep test might be a cool idea. Decided to do it with him, cranked it out in the domain. Was on grass which was slightly slippery towards the end.

Got level 13.1, didn't have much more motivation to suffer through another series of shuttles

Mountain Biking 2:08:00 [3] 27.2 km (12.8 kph) +500m

Went out to woodhill again for my customary saturday morning ride. Felt pretty average and sore after about 45mins but a Gu plus stretching my back made the next 1.15 hrs much better.

Did a whole range of tracks, some that I haven't been on before. Even got a 2nd overall for a segment haha, felt like I was out of control dropping down that trail.

Overall, it was a good ride again esp considering how much training occurred this week. The Gu worked real well so might have to consider them for future races.

Was planning on training again today but with conference on it's been late nights and early mornings and don't want to get sick.

Didn't really have time for a long session so did another of the 30s/4.30mins intervals. Good session and felt stronger this time, though that may have been me imagining it.

Warm up 5 mins

Six interval brackets pushing a hard resistance for the effort then backing off and doing some drills and easy spinning.

Warm down 5 mins.
