Circuit 20:00 [3]

Went down to the gym to do a bit of running/pullups/core stuff.

Played around with speeds and had a time doing 30s per gradient before increasing it by 1% from 6-9% while running at 5 min/km.

Did a set of 15 pullups too! Then a variety of pallof presses at different weights/times. All fun times :)

Strength (Core Work) 20:00 [3]

Core circuit again this morning. Felt harder than normal, not sure why. Made all russian twists at 1min unbroken so happy with that. Knees-to-elbows weren't flash, that may have been due to the extra effort on the twists.

Need to start doing this a second time each week haha. I'm getting a touch slack with all this sitting around at uni.
