Supposed to do two sets but didn't have the energy or motivation.

20 pikes, 20 body saws, 20 hip raises, 1 min plank

Twice through TRX circuit with 3 minutes rest.
20 pikes, 20 body saws, 20 hip raises, 1 minute bridge.

Body saws were especially difficult today. First set was broken and second set was very small movement instead.
