Suicide sets 0,5,10,15 meters with 2 minute rest between repeats. 10 total. Ouch

Kettlebell swings. 10 two handed. 2 sets 10 each side one arm 24kg bell.
1 getup 24kg each side to finish.
Left shoulder a little achy after Waitomo again.
