Moonboarding with Anthony and Tim. Mostly climbing the easier ones plus a quick flash of a V5 and a couple of new V4's. Skin was sore from yest but a nice and relaxed session without too much try hard.

Strength Endurance on the board. Six problems, 3 minute running timer. 10 minutes between rounds. Three rounds total. Problems all V4: Bluefish, TCA Comp 1, Salted Blocks 1, 1st Stepping, Lord Reidum, Cakewalk. Almost managed TCA for first time in final round. Otherwise topped all expect final attempt on Cakewalk.

Good challenging session. Much better having not done a LB yesterday like last time. Swapped out one of the climbs to give a more honest attempt. Happy with how this session went.

Dumbell Lateral and Front raise. Set of 5 each way with ~6kg. Shoulders feel a touch fried.

Started as a limit session on the benchmark V4's. Was going okay. Then switched to most repeated V4's as wanted to top out some stuff. Probably would have been better to repeat last LB session instead.

30s knee to chest, body saw, mountain climbs, plank.

Strength 5:00 [3]

Two sets 5 reps. ~6kg dumbell lateral and front raise.
