Bouldering 40:00 [3]

Mucking around on the moonboard with Nate and Annabel. Warmed up and then trying a range of the Benchmark V4's that I haven't yet done. Didn't manage to scrape my way up any more though...

Core 10:00 [3]

Three times through 30 second TRX core circuit with 1.30 between rounds. Broke up the rest with a 30 second set of 10 hamstring glute bridges on straps in middle 30s period.
Finished with 60 seconds side bridge on straps.

Bouldering 40:00 [3]

Strength Endurance. Decided to make it harder than last time. Adjusted the climbs and then decided to do doubles on the middle set of three. Climbs were: Bluefish, TCA Comp 1, First Step, Cakewalk, Lord Redium, Ali's Ancap Triples
Made all reps round one, singles and failing round two and stopped halfway through round three as fingers empty and had just torn another flapper on the right pinky. Probably tired due to working out at Ti Point today and not eating or drinking enough. Harder session that I had expected. Might attempt to repeat this next SE session.

Bouldering 1:00:00 [3]

Limit Bouldering.
Warmup climbs.
Working on Boulderwelt V5, Hard Times V6 and Wreckogize V5 three times on a 5.5 minute running timer.
Managed to hold the pinch on BW, touch the acorn on HT and slip off the final hold of W. Very happy with how the limit session went. Tore a flapper on middle right finger which is unfortunate but otherwise felt good.

Core 10:00 [3]

TRX Core circuit through three times with two minutes rest between.
Did 10 trx hamstring curls during each rest period - approx 30 sec effort.
Finished with 60 seconds side bridge on trx each side.
