Strength Endurance. Decided to make it harder than last time. Adjusted the climbs and then decided to do doubles on the middle set of three. Climbs were: Bluefish, TCA Comp 1, First Step, Cakewalk, Lord Redium, Ali's Ancap Triples
Made all reps round one, singles and failing round two and stopped halfway through round three as fingers empty and had just torn another flapper on the right pinky. Probably tired due to working out at Ti Point today and not eating or drinking enough. Harder session that I had expected. Might attempt to repeat this next SE session.
