Strength Endurance. Decided to change it again from last time. Adjusted the climbs and then decided to do doubles on the pairs for each set. Climbs were: Bluefish, TCA Comp 1, First Step, Cakewalk, Lord Redium, Ali's Ancap Triples
Managed double on bluefish, first step and lord redium, all other reps singles. Stopped on final set pulling onto 2nd to last climb as skin was very painful and starting to come apart. No tears but big blister on left middle finger to show for the session. Might attempt to repeat this next SE session.

Shoulders were a bit tired for the full trx circuit. Instead went easier and did 60 second trx plank followed by 60 seconds of russian twist with 16kg kettlebell. Almost made the full time interval but needed a 5 second rest with 15 sec to go.
Attempted to finish with 50 kettlebell swings but the hands were too sore and scared that I might tear them badly.
