OPC training! 20:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Trabuco

Ok guys, I'm getting confused about how much time I should put up for OPC training, so if you think I should put less tell me, cause not all of its aerobic, you know?

Hill running 38:19 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Trabuco

Ran up the Bridle Path, about 1/3 of the way down the Heathcote side, back up, then down the Bridle Path, running down two lengths, up one length till I got to the bottom, then long way home then up my lovely hill

Note

COMPLETELY forgot about 1600m time trial challenge, quite sad, I wanted to do it!

Indoor Cycle 48:00 [5]
shoes: Asics Gel Trabuco

Hardest class I've been to in a while! I pushed myself very hard too, so that was dandy ^_^

Running 15:05 [4] 3.53 km (4:16 / km)

Ran from start of Bridle Path Road (Heathcote side) to the gym

Wednesday Feb 18, 2009 #

Hill running 40:21 [4]

Ran up the Bridle Path, up Castle Rock MTB track, back down, back down Bridle Path, and long way home and up my hill!

Tuesday Feb 17, 2009 #

OPC training! 1:30:00 [3]

Running, aerobics (Joel was a natural), running, stuff, running

Monday Feb 16, 2009 #

Hill running 25:21 [4]

Ran up the Bridle Path, my legs didn't hurt at all today from Rapaki Track and such last night, but they got so sore soo fast when running up the Bridle Path! After about two and a half minutes my calves and quads were burrrning! I was grateful to reach the top (about a minute slower than usual, oh well) and then ran down the Heathcote side of the Bridle Path, doing my usual routine of running down two lengths then sprinting up one length the whole way.

Running 17:16 [4] 3.75 km (4:36 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Trabuco

Ran from the bottom of the Bridle Path to the gym.

Body Balance 1 [3]

Did an hour of Body Balance, the stretching class which benefits my silly left calf muscle, it burned my quads! Not logging time because its not aerobic.

Hill running 1:12:40 [4]

Ran up Rapaki Track with Charlotte, Jess, Hamish and Sam. Sam had never done any hill running before but he did sooo well! At the top we ran along the crater rim track till Castle Rock, then ran down the Castle Rock MTB track. Then me and Sam ran down the Bridle Path, and then the longer way home!

Hill running 58:04 [4]

Finally an intensity 4! Ran up the Bridle Path, about 1/3 of the way down the other side, up the Castle Rock track (which was a bit disconcerting with big signs proclaiming "WARNING! CLIFF AHEAD!" with pictures of little stick men on the edges of overhanging cliffs) then back down the track, then up the Bridle Path, down the other side, and back up my hill! When running up my hill, I ran past someone who just looked at me and said, "You're crazy."

Crazy like a fox!

Wednesday Feb 11, 2009 #

Hill running 31:03 [4]

Ran up the Bridle Path, over the other side a bit, Back up, down, long way home as I had to meet someone!

Tuesday Feb 10, 2009 #

Running (OPC training) 12:00 [4]

Did really badly today, and I don't know why :( I was sure that I was so much fitter! I got 6 and 7/8ths (lol) and last time I got 7 laps... Oh well..

Hill running 40:03 [3]

Ran up the Bridle Path, up Castle Rock track, back down Castle Rock and Bridle Path, then long way home. I got quite a good time compared to usual!

Hill running 1:09:19 [4]
slept:8.0

Well really only the first 31mins was a 4 intensity, but I'll be feeling it tomorrow! Ran up the Rapaki Track for the first time, I imagined it would be a lot steeper, but because it was longer than the Bridle Path I definitely felt it in my wee calves! Ran with Hamish, Cam, Jess and Joel, so that was dandy :) when we got to the top, Joel ran with me along the summit road, then down the Castle Rock MTB Track. My left inner foot, the arch i do believe, started hurting a fair bit. Joel then returned on his merry way, and I ran down the Bridle Path, (where my foot started hurting much more) and then the long way home up my hill.
What an awesome run!! :D

Hill running 22:01 [4]
slept:7.0

Ran up the Bridle Path and down the other side, was running late so on the other side i didn't do the usual 2 down/1 up thing, just did a few longer sprints back up along the way

Running 36:15 [3]

Ran from the bottom of the Bridle Path to the gym. Time also includes running from the bottom of the gym to a bus stop in heathcote, cause there were no more ferrymead buses for an hours! and includes running home from the bus stop up my hill in Lyttelton.

Gym Class / Circuit 1:00:00 [3]

Really good instructor, it was fast paced the whole time! And lots of fun!
