Goblet squats, 8kg DB, 3 x 20
Elevated Split Squats, 3 x 10 each side
DB Chest Press, 8kg DBs, 3 x 15
Bent over row, 8kg DBs, 3 x10-12 (Can't remember)
Bicep curl, 8kg DBs, 3 x 8
Tricep Kickbacks, 4kg DBs, 3 x 10 each side
Planks = 50 seconds, 45 seconds, 40 seconds, 30 seconds (abs still tired from Monday night core)
