Weight Training 55:00 [4]

A really really good class tonight, I set up next to Julie, and she made me add 2 and a half kg either side on the legs track and 1kg on one of the other tracks, and i'm so glad I did! And I did pushups to failure so I'm happy happy happy

Went for a short run before the gym, I hadn't all this week because I've been quite sick, but maybe I just needed to harden up, because after my run I felt so much better

I finally don't have to go back to physio anymore! Shins aren't perfect yet, gotta take it slow, but lets hope they don't get bad again!

A walk run up the Heatcote side of the Bridle Path and back. Ran most of the way up, walked down. Not allowed to do full hill runs yet, so doing walk/runs.

I found it a bit harder than last week, but it was still fun. My shin splints started playing up right near the end though :S

Run on treadmill at gym, cause it got dark very quickly tonight! Treadmills are boring, so I didn't run very long. Hopefully I'll get at least a half hour run in on tuesday. Its good to be building up time a bit, I'm hoping that he'll let me do real hill runs within a couple of weeks.
