Quite a leisurely run with Isabella, ran 5 mins walked 1 min, except for one walk that was 2 and a half mins

Just a run to work and back, speed wasn't too shabby

Not sure if this was the right distance, either way a bit slow, which isn't surprising after not running for so long!

Really hard after running! Felt it in my quads and arms! Front of shin started to hurt a little, so might just walk instead of run tomorrow, and need to remember to do my physio exercises!
