The nerve in my ankle has started feeling weird again, which is so strange. Didn't hurt during my run, but walking down the hill this morning afterwards did it again. Felt pretty slow again, and not much faster on the way back until the last 100 or 200m haha.

Was wee bit tough to get out of bed this morning, had a few nuts and a dried apricot in an attempt to feel a bit better running. Felt pretty slow for the first half, felt much faster in the second half. Overtook a man and his dog, haha! Not much of an achievement but it was good for 8 in the morning.

Just got completely hit yesterday, suddenly had a fever, was faint, nauseous, sore throat, headache, everything. No fever or nausea today. Hopefully feeling a bit better tomorrow.
