100 glute clam raise each side, 10 normal squats, 5 one legged squats each side, 10 calf raises, 10 one legged calf raises each side. Saw million dollar sports doc today, it is not shin splints, it is medial tibial syndrome. Profoundly weak gluteus and need to run more on my toes. Can start running again but only 5-10 minutes at a time. Now to sell my arms to pay for my legs!
