Heel felt a bit tweaky by the end of yesterday. Had hurt randomly about 25 lengths in while swimming, then came right. Didn't notice it hurting again until second dance class of the day, just standing was a bit much

Woke up and foot was just a wee bit tweaky on lateral side. Even with walking most of the way to school, felt relatively okay in the snow. Swam and then muscles felt quite tight. Gonna be careful in the dance studio tonight.
