Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga. It burned my quads! I don't know whether to put a time in or not cause Andre said some stuff shouldn't be classed as training for OPC? And this isn't aerobic

Hill running 32:00 [4]

Just ran the Bridle Path, don't have time for much else as I have to go to work. I felt very tired and slow today, so I'm suprised and confused as I beat the last time I got! Hoping to swim some lengths after work, but depends how late I get home
