Hill running 1:24:28 [4]

Sorry for missing two days, I've had a busy week!
So today Alex and I ran up Mt Pleasant, then around and up and down all sorts of other places in that general area, then I dropped him off at his house and ran up Bridle Path road to the bottom of the Bridle Path and ran up and over then took the long way home. By the time I got to the bottom of the Bridle Path I'd been running about 55mins, so I was quite tired. I stopped twice before halfway, but had an active recovery and powerwalked (thats for you, Joel!), after halfway, a great song came on my iPod, so I prayed (I say lots of little quick prayers) that I could keep running for the entire of that song, and I did, and when it ended there wasn't far to the top so I just kept on truckin'!
