Did RPM with Sam, it was hard tonight! Felt it in my quads a little bit for the first couple of tracks (BODY PUMP HURTS!) but got better. Right calf hurt a little though, which was worrying.... It was a hard class, but I worked hard too, and I enjoyed it.

Went to physio again today, and podiatrist,
BRILLIANT NEWS!
I CAN RUN!
I'm not allowed to run on consecutive days yet, and I've gotta build up slowly, but I'm happy happy happy!
My legs hurt now, don't know if its cause I'm not used to my new orthotics???

Oh my goodness!! My arms hurt a bit if I straighten them, and my quads are still a little sore! I definitely have to go to Body Pump again! Was knackered today aswell, went for a walk with Missy and Sam round Lyttelton, again fairly leisurely.

My quads, biceps and triceps are KILLING me from Body Pump last night! honestly! It hurts to bend my knees! Sam and I went for an hour walk round Diamond Harbour and Purau hills, but it was pretty leisurely, so not logging time

MY FIRST RUN!
Only 10mins, on the treadmill, but I am honestly overjoyed! Felt a little tweaky just as I was finishing, and kept it short cause I don't wanna hurt myself, and I'm booked in with my physio on Wednesday. YAY!
