Swam 14 50m lengths. I suck at swimming. Was supposed to be kayaking for 5 hours today but it was cancelled, my shins were really sore yesterday so I thought it would be best not to go for a run today, and I'd missed all the good gym classes. Should've gone cycling! But oh well. I shall do some of my physio's recommended sadistic self-massage to fix my legs.

A terribly terrible run because I felt really sick before, during, and not quite so sick after. Then remember I have OPC tomorrow and I'm not supposed to run on consecutive days yet!! ARGH!
Did Body Combat with Sam, lotsa fun! Hurt my shins a little though... And I really felt it in my quads, cause they're a wee bit sore from Sunday! But nothing like last week, my muscles must adapt fast, phew!

Got off the bus and did a little run to the gym, I have to build up my time slowly. My shin sort of hurt near the end. The last time i ran, my left foot's arch did spasmy things for a couple of days.... Hm... Pretty happy about my pace though after not running for 3 weeks or so.

Wasn't as hard as last time! Its amazing how your body can adapt so quickly! Hoping my quads won't ache for the next two days again!
