Very very very unhappy. I can't run cross country tomorrow because of my shin splints. So I will try and talk Miss Dodge into letting me go to Canterburys this year anyway. I made them worse in the P.E. run yesterday.. So now its affecting my left knee.. So on top of my self massage and stretching and massage from physio, I have exercises to help me to use my big toes properly (Silly me and my stupid terrible technique) and ice massage. When I was told by physio today that I shouldn't do cross country I was like "Oh, ok, that's understandable." Now I'm freaking out. I want to do it! Pray for me that they'll get better soon please...

I so thought I wouldn't beat my time! With my lack of running due to shin splints. So I was very pleased. However, my shins are a bit worse. Now I'm unsure whether to do cross country or not. Partially because of my shins, partially because I'm very nervous.

Note

I'm sick, sick, sick of my shin splints. I want them to be all better now. I want to be able to run for hours now. I want to be able to run in the hills now. :(
