A really really good class tonight, I set up next to Julie, and she made me add 2 and a half kg either side on the legs track and 1kg on one of the other tracks, and i'm so glad I did! And I did pushups to failure so I'm happy happy happy

Went for a short run before the gym, I hadn't all this week because I've been quite sick, but maybe I just needed to harden up, because after my run I felt so much better
