Weight Training 49:00 [3]

I'm gonna say an intensity of three, although it went through stages, from 3-5 methinks. I think its time to go up a weight! :o Added 1kg either side to my squats track, and .5kg either side to my chest track, and a lot of them still felt too easy. Bicep and triceps were about right though.

Didn't run up my hill on the way home cause my shin hurt :( Will have to see physio. Better time though!! I'm gonna get back to running alright!!
