Very noisy cross trainer, felt like I was annoying the person next to me so switched to treadmill

Walked 4 mins, ran 3, walked 3, ran 3. Using cross trainer and treadmill today because shins have been playing up cause of gymnastics, so trying to get some cardio in without hurting them.
