Just the most ridiculously slow run ever.
Ran with Missy up past Sam's house, but she was so slow that I had to yell, "Come on Missy, good girl!" every minute or so. Dropped her off then continued on my run, but was very slow anyway (just not quite AS slow) because it was hot, my legs hurt and I was tired.
Just one of those days when I didn't feel like running, but glad I did.
SHOULD HAVE STRAPPED MY ANKLE!!!

Rather a slow, HOT run with Fraser. Really need to get used to running in the heat again. Hurt my ankle quite bad on the trail, need to strap it!!!
