Pretty low intensity - have hurt my foot and it's pretty hard to stand on

Was really tight behind the right knee joint, then standing at work all day seemed to make it transfer to my right lateral underfoot. Really sore, tried to massage it out as I thought it was just tight plantar fascia, but hurt even more later. Only not weight bearing seems to improve it
