Medial side of right foot felt oddly stiff at some points. Think I've slightly pulled my left quad (one of the more lateral heads), likely from sprinting. Felt a bit sore when I did my sprint to the end so had to tap it back a bit. Run felt hard but was good to push through

Started to get my second wind! Left achilles felt funny for the first 10 mins, got a wee bit of pain in right foot randomly. Quads still sore from sprints, haha
