Achilles still playing up. THINK it feels better after the weights. Only started since I got back to MTL. Not sure if it's the sudden increase in dance or because I was sedentary on a plane for so long, or switch from being more active to sitting more with work.... Or the snow. Definitely aggravated by dance, noticed it hurting one day when it was icy/snowy and I was walking too. Trying to keep the stretches and extensions/twists all up, and keep moving.
