Woke up and my right knee felt SO much better. Could walk down stairs totally normally, not even really painful to touch. Perhaps nerve flossing helped yesterday (I have a feeling that it is helpful) plus the rest. Going to rest a lot the next few days, but might try do flossing 3 x today

Another 10mins core with Patrick Beach. Almost felt like knees were a bit worse right before I started, but definitely still nothing like the last few days. Next to no pain, maybe just a bit tight feeling. I'm confident the glides are working

Did glides again before lunch and dinner. All feeling good

Just a quick test wiggle to Ya Habibi; felt find until I tried sharp hip locks, then left knee twinged a bit. I sat down and danced after that just to be sure
